Job summary

Antietam Broadband in Westminster, MD is seeking an energetic Business Sales Executive to drive new revenue and develop local partnerships. This is an onsite, hunter role with uncapped commissions and a strong focus on growth within Carroll County.

You will present solutions to businesses, government, and community groups, collaborate with internal teams, and manage relationships to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience in telephony, data and video systems.
• Consultative selling process including pre-call prospecting and setting appointments, creating proposals, presenting and closing.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Experience selling to the business and IT decision makers and influencers.
• Understanding Metro E Fiber access, managed network services, and cloud solutions (DRaaS, UCaaS, SECaaS, IaaS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.
• Build sales relationships with businesses, local organizations, government officials, chambers of commerce, and economic development groups to promote Antietam Broadband and acquire customers.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Antietam products and services.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape and new technologies and designs in networking and data services.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare sales/activity reports as required.
• Attend customer meetings and demonstrate strong presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, TechOps, Construction, Installation, Support, and Care) to ensure service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and revenue opportunities.
• Coordinate installations and upgrades with the installation team.
