Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks motivated sales professionals to present benefits of vacation ownership at premier resorts. Build rapport with prospective owners and close sales in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

Initial trainings, ongoing advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package support performance. California real estate licensing is required; weekend availability is expected and rewarded with commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales and/or marketing experience is preferred.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Energetic, outgoing and tenacious.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and face-to-face presentations in our sales centers located at our resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Maintain performance goals and participate in regular reviews.
