Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks sales-oriented professionals to present vacation ownership benefits at our resort locations. Establish rapport with owners and prospects, drive sales, and participate in ongoing training to advance in a dynamic, high-energy environment.

The role requires California real estate licensure, strong screening and objection-handling skills, and full weekend/holiday availability, with compensation tied to hourly pay, bonuses, and commissions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have a California Real Estate license.
• Must have full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group and face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers located at one of our award-winning resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
