Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales associate for our luxury travel and ownership programs in California. You will present to prospective owners, highlight the benefits of traveling with our brands, and drive sales with effective closing techniques.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years in Travel + Leisure sales or marketing, a California Real Estate license, and strong objections-handling skills. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Travel + Leisure sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have a California Real Estate license.
• Must have full availability to work weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Needs to be able to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Present group and face-to-face sales presentations at our sales centers.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners and articulate benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and using proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Keep current on sales information, materials, and industry trends; set and review performance goals.
