Job summary

Qualifications

• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.
• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in state(s) of practice.
• Must maintain current licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents under supervision.
• Conduct screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Assist in evaluating and setting goals with the Physical Therapist.
• Deliver individual and group treatment per treatment plan.
• Document compliant and medically necessary care in NetHealth EMR.
