• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active bar in AZ or eligibility for in-house registration.
• 5–8 years PQE in construction, energy, infrastructure or related commercial contracting.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills; experience with regulatory compliance and government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Master Service Agreement (MSA) negotiations with IOUs, municipalities, and cooperatives.
• Advise on change orders, claims, and entitlement strategy for differing site conditions.
• Coordinate regulatory permitting strategies with FERC, PHMSA, FCC, and state agencies.
• Oversee employment, safety, and labor matters across multi-state crews and unions where applicable.
• Support M&A integration and manage outside counsel relationships.
