Centuri Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced in-house Counsel to support all business units and subsidiaries from its Office of the General Counsel.

This role may be based in Phoenix, AZ, Houston, TX, or Cherry Hill, NJ, and involves leading contract drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment across a broad portfolio of projects. You will provide practical legal guidance on contractual matters, participate in due diligence for acquisitions, and collaborate with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; in-house eligibility.
• 6+ years of practice in a law firm or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, and negotiate contracts of varying complexity, including EPC agreements, MSAs, subcontracts, and NDAs.
• Review terms to manage risk exposure—indemnity, liability limits, and dispute resolution.
• Analyze prime contracts and flow down obligations to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Risk Management and HSE on insurance, bonding, and indemnity provisions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws in contracting and procurement.
