Post University is seeking a Compliance & Contracts Attorney to act as a legal advisor to institutional stakeholders. The remote position focuses on contracts, regulatory compliance, privacy, and technology matters for both on-campus and online programs.

Significant drafting, reviewing, and negotiating will be required to support university operations. The ideal candidate brings a JD from a US law school, bar admission, at least two years of practice, and a strong interest in higher education

Competenze

• Must have a JD from an accredited US law school.
• Bar admission in at least one state; Connecticut house counsel status required.
• Minimum of two years of legal practice experience.
• Interest in higher education regulatory and contract review.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of agreements including vendor and technology contracts, data privacy and security, and IP.
• Provide legal advice on ethical operations and compliance.
• Assist with international compliance for international student populations.
• Support privacy, GLBA, GDPR, NCAA, FERPA, TCPA, Title VI, and related regulatory matters.
