Post University seeks an in-house Compliance & Contracts Attorney to advise institutional stakeholders on contracts, Title IX and ADA, privacy matters, and regulatory compliance. This fully remote role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements to support in-person and online programs, with limited travel.

Ideal candidates have a JD from a US law school, active bar status, at least two years of practice, and an interest in higher education law and contract provisions such

Formación

Juris Doctorate from an accredited US law school is required.
Bar admission in at least one state; house counsel status in CT is required.
At least two years of legal practice experience.

Responsabilidades

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate diverse agreements including vendor and tech contracts.
Provide legal advice on compliance, privacy, IT, IP, and regulatory topics.
Assist with international compliance for international students and operations.
Support data privacy, FERPA, GDPR, NCAA, GLBA, and related regulatory matters as learned.
