Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team. The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to support youth with behavioral needs.

This role offers generous compensation, premier benefits, and opportunities for supervision for independent licensure, plus growth within a well-regarded organization.

Summer schedule includes early Friday closures at 12:30pm from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience working with children with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; we cannot sponsor visas at this time.
• Access to laptop or CPS and high-speed internet and a phone required for FFS positions.
• High-speed internet required for full-time positions.

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
