Northeast Family Services is hiring an In-Home Therapist to provide structured, strength-based interventions in youths' homes, addressing behavioral needs in collaboration with families.

The role supports bilingual opportunities and full-time or FFS hours, with new rates and a $3000 stay-on bonus at 6 months. A laptop, phone, and reliable internet are required for the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder.
• ABA training highly beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/phone and internet for FFS positions; internet for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Deliver services in home/community settings with families and youths.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
