Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an In-Home Therapist (IHT) to join our growing team. This full-time role provides structured, strength-based therapy in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.

We offer a $3000 stay-on bonus at 6 months, generous benefits, and supervision for independent licensure. Must have a Master's degree and license-ready credentials; driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and licensure pathway supported by supervision.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available at this time).

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based in-home therapy for youth behavioral needs.
• Deliver consistent therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
