Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking qualified clinicians to provide structured, strength‑based in‑home therapy for youth in Massachusetts. Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with a master’s degree and child/family experience.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; travel across MA is expected. Benefits include health/dental/vision, paid time off, a 401(k) with match, disability coverage, and professional supervision for licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Bilingual ability required.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder recommended.
• Driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.
• Access to laptop and high-speed internet required for FFS positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Treat youth behavioral needs through in-home therapy.
• Support families and coordinate care across services.

The Bilingual In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese-Required
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
