Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes, addressing behavioral needs of youth.

The role offers full-time or fee-for-service hours, a $64,000–$72,000 salary, and a $3,000 stay-on bonus at six months, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families.
• One to two years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home or community setting.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD.
• ABA training is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available.
• Access to laptop/ CPS, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for full-time positions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
