Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians in Massachusetts to join our growing team as In-Home Therapists. You will provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes to help youths with behavioral needs.

The role offers supervision for licensure and opportunities for professional growth within a fast-growing agency. Full-time positions include a competitive salary, a $3,000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months, bilingual opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community setting.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to a laptop and high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet required for Full Time positions.

Responsabilidades

• The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based interventions in the client’s home to treat a youth’s behavioral needs.
• Deliver services in-home for youth and families, promoting positive outcomes and skill development.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other professionals to support treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
