Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring an In-Home Therapist to provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client's home to support youth with behavioral needs. The role is full-time, with bilingual opportunities and the possibility of FFS hours.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field, and have 1–2 years of experience with multicultural families and children in home or community settings. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings preferred.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Address youth behavioral needs through in-home therapy.
• Deliver services consistent with treatment plans and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
  Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time:
  Salary $64,000 to $72,000
  $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months
  Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
  
• Fee-for-Service:
  $50 to $70 per hour
