Job summary

Northeast Family Services is actively hiring Clinicians to provide in-home therapy across Massachusetts. The role focuses on delivering structured, strength-based interventions to youth in the client’s home and supporting families in the treatment process.

Full-time opportunities include a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months, plus competitive benefits. Bilingual opportunities exist; FFS hours available. Licensing supervision and professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years experience with children, youth and families in home or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based behavioral interventions in clients' homes.
• Address youths' behavioral needs through evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with families and supervise licensure and training as needed.

The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000 $3000 Stay on Bonus at 6 months Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
