The role involves in-home consultations, stakeholder engagement, and acting as a product ambassador to educate customers about Hotwire offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of telecommunications or related technical field experience.
• Proven track record of successful project management.
• Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services.
• Ability to work cooperatively in cross-functional teams and support executive leadership.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Industry-related experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct personalized in-home consultations to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Engage property stakeholders and identify sales opportunities.
• Analyze information to facilitate decision making.
• Identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue.
• Participate in sales meetings as a technical expert.
• Educate customers on Hotwire’s offerings and cross-sell across services.
• Stay current on industry trends and technologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
