Hotwire Communications Ltd seeks a New Property Launch Concierge to serve clients in new launch properties, conducting in-home surveys and recommending services based on needs within an assigned local territory.

The role focuses on on-site visits, upselling bulk services like security and home automation, and obtaining service orders while staying current on telecom products and maintaining company standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with understanding of VOIP and network tech.
• Familiarity with launch operations, call center, field ops and telecom.
• Interest in technology and home automation.
• Active clean state driver's license in assigned state.

Responsibilities

• Sell services and upgrades to new property launch customers.
• Obtain orders or contracts paid by client.
• Attend on-site in homes and community locations.
• Identify upselling opportunities with residential prospects.
• Stay current on competitive offers, trends, and product strategy.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
• Maintain product knowledge through meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
