The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver\'s license, and 6 months of relevant experience in tech delivery and customer service. Full-time, in-home field work with safety-focused guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations regarding products and services.
• Deliver, install, integrate, network and troubleshoot consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs or perform work solo as needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and payments; provide feedback and training.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training.
