Job summary

Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot home electronics in customers' homes, including TVs, computing gear, smart home devices and networking products.

You will work with Geek Squad Agents and store partners to tailor solutions, handle inventory and vehicle maintenance, process paperwork, and follow safety guidelines while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle product recommendations.
• Fulfillment duties including delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting devices.
• Take the lead on two-person jobs and work alone when needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and safety compliance.
