Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based therapy for adults with developmental disabilities. Evaluation and treatment of language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and dysphagia will follow NJ DDD guidelines and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• NJ license as Speech-Language Pathologist (USA).
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop ISP-aligned treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with support coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce therapeutic goals.
