Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care, an NJ DDD-approved provider, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds NJ licensure as an SLP, ASHA CCC-SLP, a Master's degree, CPR/BLS, and is prepared to complete DDD trainings and background checks.

Qualifications

• NJ license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and goals
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings
• Document services per DDD standards including notes and progress
• Collaborate with support coordinators, families and team to ensure continuity of care
• Provide caregiver training and home programs
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards
• Maintain accurate billing records per DDD rates and authorizations
• Complete required DDD trainings
