Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative. In this in-home, consultative role you will meet homeowners, assess needs, and design solutions.

This full-time, W-2 position offers uncapped earning potential—average $100k–$150k, top performers $200k–$600k. Training pay $1000/week with company-generated leads.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or B2C sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm pre-qualified leads.
• Educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present job proposals.
• Close sales in-home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
