Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to deliver trusted in-home consultations and customized foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll meet homeowners, use warm pre-qualified leads, and earn uncapped commissions on successful closings.

This full-time W-2 role offers comprehensive training, company-generated leads, and advancement opportunities within a global market leader.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in a commission-based or in-home sales environment is a plus
• Background in construction or home improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm leads
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals
• Close sales in-home
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline
