Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative to consult with homeowners, assess needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll travel to homes, use our proven systems, and close sales with an emphasis on building trusted relationships.

The role offers uncapped earnings, extensive training, a company car program eligibility, and a clear path for advancement within a global leader in home services.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
• Develop and maintain a book of business from warm leads
• Educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with proposals
• Close sales in the home and build post-sale relationships
• Report to home branch and participate in sales initiatives
