Job summary

Groundworks Company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Virginia. You will travel within Bristow, Woodbridge, Winchester and surrounding areas to meet homeowners, conduct inspections, and design foundation repair and water management solutions.

Expect guided training, uncapped commissions and rapid earning potential. As the face of the brand, you will manage a territory, leverage leads, educate homeowners on options, and close deals in-home.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.
• Comfort with client-facing consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the VA sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to grow a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Close sales and maintain relationships while tracking the pipeline.
