Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and present solar products in-home to potential customers. You will develop strategies, manage an end-to-end sales process, and report outcomes via CRM.

The role offers performance-based commissions, a full benefits package, and tuition reimbursement through PowerU. Travel within the local market and flexible hours are typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology, using an iPad/computer and multiple software applications (CRM is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer knowledge and needs.
• Handle pipeline from prospect to install, follow up on all leads and consultations.
• Accurately report outcomes via the CRM tool.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
