Job summary

Sunrun seeks a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and present solar products in-home to prospective customers. You will qualify customers, schedule appointments, and guide them from initial contact to installation, delivering a personalized, trusted experience.

You will travel within the local market, flex hours including evenings and weekends, and earn competitive base pay plus commissions and incentives. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales/lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel within local market.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Intermediate comfort with technology, using an IPAD/computer; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customer needs to build relationships.
• Handle the pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on leads.
• Report outcomes via CRM tool and meet sales targets.
