Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willigness to travel within local market and work flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends.
• Experience with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on leads.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum sales targets as set by leadership.
