Qualifications

• 1 year sales/lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with technology (IPAD/computer) and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience through installation and after activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer needs.
• Handle pipeline from prospect to install and follow up with leads.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership.
