• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners
• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales
• Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on solar ROI
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies
• Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing earning potential
• Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
