• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, with solar/home improvement or related in-home sales a plus.
• CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners.
• Close residential and commercial solar sales.
• Explain energy usage and ROI of solar to customers.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing.
• Manage pipeline with CRM and follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through communication and relationship-building.
