Renu Energy Solutions is looking for a proactive solar sales professional to cover the Asheville, NC area. This field-based role requires regular in-person home visits and working with warm appointments generated by inside sales.

You will analyze energy usage, present ROI-driven solar proposals, and close both residential and commercial deals. Strong communication and a driver’s license are essential, with earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales.
• Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
• Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
