Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a dynamic field-based solar sales professional to drive residential and commercial solar sales throughout the Columbia market. You will work with warm appointments, build lasting customer relationships, and close deals with tailored solar proposals.

Role requires 2+ years sales experience, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver's license. This position offers a company vehicle, comprehensive benefits, and a high earning potential in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar/home improvement/contracting in-home sales a plus.
• CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships and close residential and commercial solar sales.
• Analyze homeowners energy usage and educate on solar ROI.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions.
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through communication and relationship-building.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing earnings.
