Job summary

Renu Energy Solutions is seeking a driven field sales professional to close residential and commercial solar deals in the Cary, NC area. This is a field-based role requiring regular in-person appointments at customers' homes throughout the Cary market.

Partner with inside sales to receive warm leads, build lasting relationships, and educate homeowners on the financial benefits and ROI of solar. Valid driver's license and CRM experience are essential to succeed in this fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience preferred, with solar/home improvement/HVAC a plus.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners, no cold calling required.
• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality residential and commercial solar sales.
• Analyze homeowners' energy usage and educate customers on the financial benefits and long-term ROI of solar.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through excellent communication, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing your earning potential.
• Generate referral and repeat business by delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Location: Must reside in, or be actively relocating to, the Cary, NC area.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Solar, home improvement, construction, roofing, HVAC, or other in-home sales experience is a plus.
• CRM experience
