Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with inside sales to receive warm, pre-scheduled kitchen table appointments with homeowners.
• Build strong customer relationships and close high-quality solar sales.
• Analyze homeowners’ energy usage and educate on solar ROI.
• Create customized solar proposals and pricing solutions.
• Manage and grow your pipeline using CRM and follow-up strategies.
• Drive deals forward through clear communication and relationship building.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while maximizing earning potential.
• Generate referrals by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
