Job summary

ADT is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to deliver in-home consultations, assess customer goals, and recommend security and smart home solutions. You will install and activate hardware, IoT devices, and integrate products with the customer’s existing setup.

You will troubleshoot questions, onboard customers, and build long-term confidence through proactive support. A valid driver's license, high school diploma, and strong communication skills are required; a company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills required.
• Technical aptitude with smart devices and home networks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with the customer’s existing setup.
