Job summary

ADT is seeking sales professionals to protect homes and businesses by presenting innovative security and smart home solutions. You will visit customers at their homes, listen, build trust, customize systems, and follow up to generate referrals.

Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; start training with up to $4,000 in the first 8 weeks. Expect potential earnings from about $95,000 to $150,000+ based on performance and territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can guide customers to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; excels in dynamic environments and learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers to become a reliable advisor during sale and after installation.
• Customize each system to fit client space, lifestyle, and concerns across security, automation, and life safety.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads to maximize outreach.
