You will combine hands-on installation with consultative sales, helping customers understand how security and IoT devices work together. You’ll activate systems, educate on the app, and tailor solutions to each home.

The role emphasizes in-home visits, product demos, and building lasting customer trust, with a focus on continuous learning and career growth within ADT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.

• Integrate new products with customers’ existing setups.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and provide proactive support.
• Complete onboarding and educate customers on app usage and features.
• Identify upsell opportunities to enhance home protection.
