Job summary

ADT is seeking a sales advisor to visit customer homes, explain security and smart home solutions, and tailor recommendations to individual spaces and lifestyles. You will build trust, close deals, and generate referrals in a dynamic field environment with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

Training is provided, with upfront earnings during the first 8 weeks. Travel within a designated territory is required; a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are necessary to succeed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder.
• Adaptable and flexible; learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust: by showing up with integrity, empathy, and expertise, you will become a reliable advisor customers can count on.
• Customize each system to fit your client’s space, lifestyle, and concerns, combining security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
