ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated Sales Advisor in Bartlett, TN to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes, while explaining products and services in depth. You'll build trust, tailor each system to the client’s space, and pursue new business opportunities through effective follow-ups and referrals, working in a dynamic team environment.

Success depends on strong communication, travel within the territory, and exceeding sales targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.
