Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to visit customers at their homes and demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart home solutions. You will tailor each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle, build trust, and drive referrals through post-install follow-ups.

Successful candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of handling a fast-paced, territory-based sales role with uncapped commission potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder; consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their homes to demonstrate the value of ADT security and smart home solutions.
• Listen and build trust as a reliable advisor during the sale and post-installation.
