Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to visit customers at their homes, demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions, and build lasting relationships. You will tailor each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle, then follow up after installation to maximize satisfaction and referrals.

The role offers uncapped commissions with potential to earn substantial income, supported by paid training, and a flexible schedule to meet client needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle and mileage is reimbursed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfort using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers, acting as a reliable advisor.
• Customize each system to fit client space and needs, combining security and smart home tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure commitments are met and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing sales leads.
