West Shore Home in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Design Consultant to be the primary in-home contact, delivering our sales method to close. You will work on a rotating schedule across weekdays and weekends with a focus on customer-focused solutions.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, a year-end bonus program, and generous benefits. First-year earnings can exceed $200K as you build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set
