West Shore Home in Atlanta is seeking a Design Consultant to join our in-home sales team. You will meet customers at their homes to present remodel options for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, using our proven sales method.

This full-time role offers a rotating schedule, paid training, competitive base pay, uncapped commissions and a generous bonus program, with potential to earn six figures in the first year.

Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Minimum sales experience; customer-facing roles welcome.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; comfortable with in-home meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customers at their homes to present remodel options (bathrooms, flooring, windows, doors).
• Guide customers through the West Shore Home sales process to secure agreements.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions and maintain a rotating schedule.
