Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to engage customers in their home locations across Houston. The role focuses on guiding clients through the West Shore Home sales process and closing deals with a warm, consultative approach.

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commissions with earnings potential up to $200K+. The schedule is rotating (Mon-Fri and Tue-Sat) to align with customer availability and team meetings, training, and field visits.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but retail, hospitality, or customer-facing backgrounds also succeed.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule.
• Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• Weeks 3–4: Tues–Fri (9:00 AM–7:00 PM) & Sat (9:00 AM–2:00 PM).
• Sales appointments are about 2 hours each.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
