Job summary

West Shore Home in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Design Consultant to guide customers through remodeling projects with a proven one-call close sales process.

We provide warm leads, a rotating schedule (Mon-Fri 9:00–7:00, Tue-Sat 9:00–2:00 on Saturdays), and a compensation package including base pay plus uncapped commissions and a year-one earning potential up to $200K+. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales or transferable experience from retail/hospitality.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Smartphone or smart device required to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow the monthly rotating schedule (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Tue-Sat 9:00 AM–7:00 PM).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
