Job summary

Walter Danley is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative for its Danley 911 Generator Division. You will meet homeowners in person to discuss backup power solutions, assess needs, and present proposals.

The role emphasizes high earning potential through a 100% commission plan and requires a proven record in closing sales. The position involves driving to homes, educating customers on products and financing, and collaborating with installation teams to ensure a top-tier customer

We are seeking a driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing Generator Division. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced in-home sales professional who enjoys meeting with homeowners, providing solutions, and earning uncapped income through a commission-based compensation plan.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss backup power and standby generator solutions
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Educate homeowners on generator products, features, financing options, and installation processes
• Prepare and present professional proposals
• Build trust with customers and guide them through the purchase decision

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience required
• Home improvement, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, solar, windows, or related residential sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of closing sales and generating revenue
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly competitive
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable utilizing tablets, CRM systems, and sales tools
