Groundworks Operations, LLC in the United States is seeking Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) who conduct in-home inspections, build a book of business from warm leads, and educate homeowners on foundation and water management solutions.

This full-time role blends remote and in-field work within a defined territory, offers extensive training, and rewards performance with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle when warranted, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service.

Responsabilités

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
